Learning Design
& Facilitation

Our stellar reputation for bringing engaging, memorable learning experiences to our clients has been well-earned. By balancing gravitas with humor, we ensure audience members are fully engaged during our facilitations, and walk away with new wisdom and actionable insights.

Each engagement begins with a thorough discovery process to center all content on the client’s desired learning and business outcomes. And each session is designed to help participants recognize their own potential and apply their unique talents to move the business forward.

  • Leadership and management development

  • Leading high-performing teams

  • Fostering inclusive environments

Talent Strategy

Activating First-Generation Professionals

Companies that are driving growth by developing people need to make smart investments. Baem Leadership believes that First-Generation Professionals (FGPs) — the first in their working-class families to enter the professional, white-collar world — are among the wisest investments these companies can make.

The great majority of FGPs were once first-generation college students and less than 30% of them were able to graduate in four years. Making it into the white-collar world without the connections, income, and corporate fluency of continuing-generation professionals underlines FGPs’ determination, resilience, and dedication. FGPs are diamonds in the rough. They have tremendous untapped potential, and through our offerings — whether a leadership development or talent strategy focus — they will eagerly activate that potential on behalf of your organization.

FGP engagements could include:

  • Analysis of the client organization’s
    work environment for FGPs

  • Customized approaches to FGP
inclusion through the employee life cycle

  • Mentorship and sponsorship program
    consultation and design

  • Executive coaching with an FGP lens
